Making a purchase
Ordering on Miss Lizzy’s website is incredibly simple:

Once you have chosen the product you wish to purchase, click ‘Add To Cart’ to select an item. Don't forget to choose your variant from the drop-down menu as some items have more than one option. You will be taken to a Paypal site.

Next, click ‘View Cart’, and check your cart, update your cart if necessary. Please check all your details are correct and you will be able to see the total amount due to pay, including the shipping charges.

Next, click ‘Proceed to Checkout’ and you will then be taken to the Paypal secure payment page. If you already have an account with Paypal, you can login and pay via your account, if you do not have an account with Paypal you can just enter your credit card or bank account details via the secure pages. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Select the method of payment you wish to use, and enter your credit card or bank details as requested.

Once you have confirmed your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


Postage and Packaging
Within Australia Delivery
All orders are carefully packaged and sent by express post. Each order shipped has a unique tracking number. We aim to post within two days of your order being placed, but as a lot of the products are handmade there may be a short delay. If this is the case we will notify you by email.

If your order is urgent, please contact us and we will endeavour to post it to you the same day. Orders placed after 2pm may not be sent out until the following day.


Postage and Handling within Australia is charged between $5.00 and $15.00 depending on weight of items. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

International Delivery
Shipping is charged at cost, and will require a signature upon delivery. Miss Lizzy’s is not responsible for any customs fees on international orders. If the goods are being sent outside of Australia, please contact me for a quote on postage, I will send out an invoice for international payments with postage included.

Please note Miss Lizzy’s cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged once dispatched.


Returns / Exchanges
We endeavour to provide products you will love, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you are entitled to a refund or exchange. Refunds are accepted within 14 days of the shipping date. Please email contact us using our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a refund or an exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior notifications may not be processed. Return the items in their original condition with the packaging, and a full refund or exchange will be given upon receipt.

Please note, for hygiene reasons hair accessories and lingerie are non returnable - please refer to our sizing chart and product descriptions for sizing and please choose carefully!

All refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card or bank account of the original transaction. We are happy to refund the full value of unwanted goods that are returned to Miss Lizzy’s in original condition within 14 days. Goods returned after 14 days cannot be accepted. Miss Lizzy’s reserve the right to refuse to accept returned items that we believe are not in their original condition.
Please remember to enclose the original receipt with the package. We cannot issue a refund without a valid receipt.
Items must be returned in their original condition. This means unworn and with labels attached along with the original packaging. We cannot refund items that have been washed or worn.

If you would like to exchange the item please enclose a clear note of the item code - style, size and colour - you would like to have in exchange. Please also enclose full contact details including address and a contact telephone number.

For your protection we recommend you send the goods via a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Your refund will be credited to the same account with which you made the original purchase. Please allow 2 days for your refund to be processed and 14 days for your account to be credited.

Unfortunately Miss Lizzy’s cannot refund postage charges for unwanted items nor can we reimburse postage and shipping costs incurred by returning an unwanted item.


Out of stock items
All the items you see on the website are in stock, unless marked as ‘Out of stock’. Items which are out of stock will be temporarily disabled and you would not be able to add them to your shopping cart.
If for any reason an item you have already ordered is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified with the option of cancelling the order.


Privacy Policy
Miss Lizzy’s collects your name, address and shipping information to process your order only. No information will be passed onto a third party.
